1. Wie zijn wij

Loom is een sociaal modeplatform waarop gebruikers outfits kunnen delen en kledingitems kunnen taggen. De app is ontwikkeld en beheerd door Ramon van Dijk, gevestigd in Nederland.

2. Minimumleeftijd

Loom is bedoeld voor gebruikers van 16 jaar en ouder. Wij verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen jonger dan 16 jaar. Als wij ontdekken dat een account toebehoort aan iemand jonger dan 16, verwijderen wij het account en bijbehorende gegevens zo snel mogelijk.

3. Welke gegevens wij verzamelen

Accountgegevens: gebruikersnaam, weergavenaam, e-mailadres en wachtwoord (opgeslagen als hash).

Profielgegevens: biografie, profielfoto (optioneel).

Inhoud: foto's van outfits, bijschriften en gekoppelde producten die je plaatst.

Gebruiksgegevens: klikken op productlinks (voor commissietracking), likes, opgeslagen berichten en opmerkingen.

Apparaatgegevens: push-notificatietoken (alleen als je toestemming geeft).

4. Hoe wij jouw gegevens gebruiken

Wij gebruiken jouw gegevens voor:

Het leveren van de dienst (account, feed, outfits)
Het bijhouden van productkliks voor affiliate commissies
Push-notificaties (likes, nieuwe volgers) sturen we alleen met jouw toestemming
Het afhandelen van wachtwoordherstel
Het verbeteren van de app

5. Rechtsgrond (AVG)

Uitvoering van overeenkomst: voor kernfunctionaliteit (account, posten, volgen).

Toestemming: voor push-notificaties en niet-essentiële gegevensverwerking.

Gerechtvaardigd belang: voor fraudepreventie en platformveiligheid.

6. Advertenties en tracking

Loom toont geen advertenties en gebruikt geen advertentietracking. Wij maken geen gebruik van IDFA (advertentie-identifier van Apple) of andere cross-app tracking technieken. Jouw gedrag binnen de app wordt niet gedeeld met adverteerders.

7. Affiliate links en commissies

Berichten met getagde kledingitems bevatten affiliate links. Als je via zo'n link iets koopt, kunnen wij en/of de betreffende creator een commissie ontvangen. We registreren welke link is aangeklikt (post, item) om commissies toe te wijzen. Persoonlijke aankoopgegevens slaan we niet op.

8. Gegevens delen met derden

Wij verkopen jouw gegevens niet. We delen gegevens met:

Cloudflare: infrastructuur, CDN en opslag van afbeeldingen (Cloudflare R2)
Expo: bezorging van push-notificaties via APNs (Apple) en FCM (Google)
Sentry: foutregistratie en crashrapportage (geanonimiseerd)
Resend: verzending van transactionele e-mails (wachtwoordherstel, verificatie)

9. Bewaartermijnen

Accountgegevens worden bewaard zolang je account actief is. Na het verwijderen van je account worden je gegevens binnen 30 dagen permanent verwijderd. Klikstatistieken worden maximaal 2 jaar bewaard.

10. Jouw rechten (AVG)

Je hebt het recht op:

Inzage in jouw gegevens
Correctie van onjuiste gegevens
Verwijdering van jouw account en gegevens (in de app via Instellingen → Account verwijderen)
Bezwaar maken tegen verwerking
Overdraagbaarheid van gegevens

11. Beveiliging

Wij passen technische maatregelen toe om jouw gegevens te beschermen, waaronder gehashte wachtwoorden, HTTPS-verbindingen en toegangscontroles op de server.

1. Who we are

Loom is a social fashion platform where users can share outfits and tag clothing items. The app is developed and maintained by Ramon van Dijk, based in the Netherlands. Questions? Email us at [email protected].

2. Minimum age

Loom is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 16, we will delete the account and associated data as soon as possible.

3. Data we collect

Account data: username, display name, email address, and password (stored as a hash).

Profile data: biography, profile photo (optional).

Content: outfit photos, captions, and tagged products you post.

Usage data: product link clicks (for commission tracking), likes, saved posts, and comments.

Device data: push notification token (only with your permission).

4. How we use your data

Providing the service (account, feed, outfits)
Tracking product clicks for affiliate commissions
Sending push notifications (likes, new followers), only with your permission
Processing password resets
Improving the app

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Performance of a contract: for core functionality (account, posting, following).

Consent: for push notifications and non-essential data processing.

Legitimate interest: for fraud prevention and platform safety.

6. Advertising and tracking

Loom does not display advertisements and does not use advertising tracking. We do not use IDFA (Apple's advertising identifier) or any other cross-app tracking techniques. Your in-app behaviour is not shared with advertisers.

7. Affiliate links and commissions

Posts with tagged clothing items contain affiliate links. If you purchase something via such a link, we and/or the creator may receive a commission. We record which link was clicked (post, item) to attribute commissions. We do not store personal purchase data.

8. Third-party data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data with:

Cloudflare: infrastructure, CDN, and image storage (Cloudflare R2)
Expo: push notification delivery via APNs (Apple) and FCM (Google)
Sentry: error logging and crash reporting (anonymised)
Resend: transactional email delivery (password reset, verification)

9. Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. After deleting your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Click statistics are retained for a maximum of 2 years.
